When will applications open?
The application opening date has not yet been confirmed. Updates will be provided as construction progresses and more information becomes available.
How can I join the interest list?
Prospective residents can join the interest list by visiting the Kelseyville Terrace website. Visitors can also scan the QR code posted on site for direct access to the interest list.
What should I do if I already started an application?
No additional action is required at this time. Applicants who previously expressed interest or started the application process will be contacted when new leasing information becomes available.
How will I receive updates?
Prospective residents who join the interest list will receive updates from the leasing team regarding application availability, leasing milestones, and community opening information.
Eligibility & Housing Program
Are the apartment homes income-restricted?
Yes. Kelseyville Terrace is an income-restricted affordable housing community. Eligibility is based on household size and annual household income.
What are the income limits and qualification requirements?
Income limits vary by household size. Applicants must meet the applicable income requirements in effect at the time of application. Please review the current Rent and Income Limits for additional information.
Are housing vouchers accepted?
Yes. Tenant-based housing vouchers are accepted, subject to program requirements and eligibility.
Is Kelseyville Terrace a Project-Based Section 8 community?
No. Kelseyville Terrace is not a Project-Based Section 8 community.
Application Requirements
What documents will I need to apply?
Applicants should be prepared to provide:
- Government-issued identification
- Social Security documentation
- Income verification
- Asset information
- Additional documents necessary to verify household eligibility
Additional documentation may be requested during the certification process.
Is there an application fee?
Yes. The application fee is $45.
How much is the security deposit?
The security deposit is equal to one month's rent, subject to final approval and applicable program requirements.
Community Features
Are utilities included in the rent?
Water, sewer, and trash services are included. Residents are responsible for any other applicable utilities.
Are pets allowed?
Pets are welcome. Additional information regarding pet requirements, restrictions, and fees will be provided before leasing begins. Assistance and service animals are accommodated in accordance with fair housing requirements.
What amenities will be available?
Planned community amenities include:

- Playground
- Tennis Court (subject to final approval)

Are floor plans available?
Floor plans and renderings will be released as they become available and receive final approval.

Will there be a waitlist?
